OYAL OAK >> The Waterford Our Lady of the Lakes Lakers defeated the Royal Oak Shrine Knights 19-13 on Saturday afternoon in Catholic League action. The Knights’ offense struggled all day aside from a couple of long runs by running back Dan Romano. Romano accounted for Shrine’s only touchdown when he broke a 74-yard run to tie the game at 6-6 with 1:56 to play in the first quarter. But WOLL would get the lead back with 3.6 left in the quarter on a 66-yard pass from Grant Ross to Blake Holler.
