Craft/Vendor Contract
- Thank you for your interest in 2024 Jingle Bell Bash Craft Show.
  
  Please CLICK HERE to download and complete the vendor contract and return to Our Lady of the Lakes with payment to reserve your spot at this years winter craft show. Contracts may be emailed to [email protected] or returned to Our Lady of the Lakes Parish Center.
  
  Selected table types are provided at time of show as well as 2 chairs per table. Contracts and payment are due by Friday, November 8th.
Craft/Vendor Payment
- Vendor payments can be made via credit card below. If you are paying by cash, payment must be dropped off at the Our Lady of the Lakes Parish Center along with your signed vendor contract. Payment can also be made by check and can be sent via mail with your signed vendor contract or dropped off at the Parish Center.
